Finding My Creature in Images

“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. ” – Dr. Seuss

I’ll be starting another regular segment in this neglected space where I’ll be documenting my week in pictures. It’s easy to forget the beauty in the everyday and I’m hoping this weekly post will inspire me to slow down and see what’s in front of me.

I hope you enjoy the snippets of my week that have moved me in someway to connect with my inner creature and my life 🙂

Here are few moments of my week in Malaysia below…

Deep in the jungles of Borneo

River cruising through this incredible place! Was wonderful to be disconnected from technology, even though I was very sick this leg of the trip…as in I’m surprised I was able to sit up and appreciate the wilderness around me that’s how unwell I was.

  1. These are gorgeous shots, Anushka. Thanks for sharing them! I just love the Internet sometimes. How else could I sit down here at my desk in snowy Chicago and catch of glimpse of Borneo? 🙂

    • A desk in snowy Chicago sounds so romantic! I guess you always want the weather you don’t have, or maybe that’s just me. Glad you enjoyed the photos, I really LOVED it there but looking forward to making some revision progress after a much needed break for the brain! Catching up on your juicy posts, don’t ever write short 😉
